Used to go here all the time. Because it was only place in town that stayed open passed 6pm. Now they close around the same time as all the other shops in Heber City. On google states their open unit 7pm and website says 8pm. But, I call the store to see if they have any opening and info me they are now closing at 6pm which is their new business hours. Some of us work until 6pm or later and cant take the time off of work for okay hair cut...

You know how great it is when you enter an establishment and you're welcomed with a smile and made to feel like a valued customer? Well that didn't happen here. Without smiling or even saying hello, the first words out of the greeter's mouth (I use the word "greeter" very loosely) were, "Phone number?" followed by "Name?" She then ushered me to a seat without even introducing herself. On asking I determined that her name was McKenna. I toyed with the idea of just walking out but hung in because I really needed a haircut. She set about cutting my hair, without a word or hint that a conversation would take place. After a below average cut, she washed my hair and partially dried it. She proffered a comb and told me to fix it how I like it. I asked for a brush and she told me they had no brushes and reminded me she had just handed me a comb. She then turned and headed to the front desk. As my hair was still wet and temps outside were only just above freezing, I took the dryer and proceeded To "style" my hair as best I could. Ms. Stone Face McKenna comes back and tells me she doesn't appreciate people using her tools. When I tell her I don't want to leave with wet hair she informs me that she (even though I was doing it) doesn't have all day to dry peoples hair. Needless to say, she didn't get a tip but, I'll give you one... Avoid this place, especially McKenna, as though it's a hotbed of Covid. This wasn't just the worst service in a barbershop, it's the worst service I have ever received, ANYWHERE.

McKena did a fantastic job and was very friendly. I also like the check in before online. I would definitely go back.
